Annual Report and Accounts 2010/11 Process - 30 March 2011

The purpose of the report is to agree the recommendations below. 1. The Trust is required to publish an Annual Report and Accounts for 2010/11. 2. As part of the remuneration report, the Trust is required to state who falls into the definition of senior managers “having authority or responsibility for directing or controlling the major activities … of the entity as a whole …”.
