A message from our Chief Executive and Chair
Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust is an important part of daily life for many people right across Norfolk. Our expert staff are working hard all over the county, making sure you receive the right care when you need it, close to where you live and work.
This is a very exciting time for our Trust. We are aiming to become a Foundation Trust (FT) so we can put our patients and staff firmly at the heart of everything we do.
For more information about our trust, what we do and our plans for the future you can download a copy of 'At the heart of our community'.
We want to build a large and strong membership - made up of local people, our patients or clients as well as members of staff - to help us build a Foundation Trust in which all local people can have their say.
Now you can become a member, and help guide the future of our Trust and community health and care services in your area. We look forward to welcoming you on board.
Michael Scott - Chief Executive
Ken Applegate - Chair
