Dermatology Nursing Service
The service is for anyone who has a diagnosed skin condition who needs help with using treatments or coping with the condition. This includes eczema, psoriasis and acne. The service aims to provide support and practical advice mainly to those with long term skin conditions who have had a new diagnosis or who are struggling to make effective use of treatments.
Who this Service is for
LocationWe can see people at one of three clinics (Carole Brown Health Centre, Dersingham, St James, King’s Lynn or St Augustines Healthy Living Centre, King’s Lynn). For those who need it we are also able to undertake home visits. Our office is based at St James on Extons Road in King’s Lynn. The service is provided 4 days a week Monday-Thursday 8.30am -4.30pm How to Find UsSources of ReferralReferrals can come from a General Practitioner, Community Nurse or Health Visitor, pharmacist, podiatrist, other specialist nurses, Consultant Dermatologist or self-referral.
