Gateway Protection Programme (for Immigrants)

The Gateway Protection Programme is a multi agency Home Office commissioned programme. The aim of the programme is to assist the integration and resettlement of an identified group of refugees in with mainstream services in Norwich within a 12 month period. The health element of this service provides specialised health visitor support to assist all new arrivals to link in with appropriate primary and secondary care health services. This innovative and dynamic service provides one-to-one support and group work/sessions. The programme also provides access to dentistry and psychological services.

Who this Service is for

All Gateway clients have access to the Health Gateway Team at the below address at the below hours. The Gateway Health Team also attend/facilitate regular drop-in and group sessions.
