Equality and Diversity
The following reports have been produced in compliance with NCH&C's statutory duty under the Equality Act 2010 to publish Workforce Information and Patient information.
This information provides an equality profile of NCH&C's Workforce and Patients against the protected characteristics, age, ethnicity, gender, disability, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marriage and civil partnership.
Additionally the Trust will, in accordance with it's public duty, publish it's Equality objectives and action plan in April 2012.
