Foxley Rehabilitation Unit's 20 bed ward sees patients able to recover under the caring watch of NCH&C's professional staff.

Foxley Rehabilitation Unit provides an integrated approach to care and rehabilitation through close multi-disciplinary working which aims to maximise the rehabilitation potential for all its users.

Our experienced nurses, therapists, and support staff also provide a number of clinics here, enabling patients to access our the very best Outpatient services closer to their own homes.

Priority is given to patients attending appointments.

We advise all of our patients to arrive at this unit with enough time to find a car parking space before their appointment is due to start.

Referral Information: This service is provided for patients aged over 65 years, resident of southern Norfolk and registered with a Norfolk GP.

Referral via a healthprofessional.

Visiting Hours: 2-5pm, 6-8pm
Please note, visiting outside of these hours is at the discretion of the Lead Nurse

The ward is well signposted and can be seen from the car park. You should access the ward via the hospital's main entrance
