Wheelchair assessment

Overview

The Wheelchair Assessment Service provides comprehensive wheelchair and postural needs assessment.

Suitable individuals with a long term mobility need, from age 3 and up, will be accepted following an initial assessment.

Patients registered with GPs in Norwich, North Norfolk, South Norfolk and West Norfolk are able to access this service.

Opening Hours: Monday - Friday  8am - 4pm

Parking and Transport: Limited onsite parking is available. Accessible by public and community transport.

Access and Facilities: Main entrance well signposted and wheelchair accessible.

Referral Information: Referrals via a GP or Allied Health Professional (eg. Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist). If patient is already known to the service they can self refer via the telephone.
