Chartered Society of Physiotherapy strike action on 9 February

The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) has confirmed that strike action is scheduled to take place on Thursday 9 February, which will affect Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust.

The industrial action relates to the CSP's dispute with the Government over the NHS pay award for 2022/23 and will also affect James Paget University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

If you have an appointment or visit booked for Thursday 9 February

During industrial action, we need to reduce the number of appointments and visits we have planned to ensure safe staffing levels. If we have not contacted you, please attend your appointment or expect that we will visit you as planned.

If you need urgent care

If you need medical care or advice, please call the NHS 111 helpline, or visit NHS 111 online.

Contact NHS 111 if:

You need medical help fast, but it’s not a 999 emergency.

You don’t know who to call for medical help or you don’t have a GP to call.

You think you need to go to A&E or another NHS urgent care service, or you require health information or reassurance about what to do next.
