We're thrilled to announce that the hard work of our Estates & Facilities team has achieved an award win from the Health Estates & Facilities Management Association (HEFMA).

Our team won the title of Eastern Branch Winner on Tuesday 21 September. The judges praised their achievements over the past three years in transforming service delivery at NCH&C.

To recognise their award win, the team received a commemorative trophy and certificate. They will also feature in the next issue of Pulse Magazine, HEFMA's trade publication.

Mark Page, Assistant Director of Estates & Facilities at NCH&C, said: "I am incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication the team have shown during what has been a difficult and challenging period. My thanks go to all team members past and present who have been a part of making this award happen and been part of our journey."

While the award recognises work from the past three years, our Estates and Facilities teams have worked especially hard in response to the COVID pandemic. They negotiated challenging and frequently-changing restrictions to keep staff, patients, and visitors safe across all our sites.
