NCH&C vaccinates housebound patients in Norfolk
One of NCH&C's Community Nurses, Laura Button, was accompanied by a film crew yesterday as she provide COVID-19 booster vaccinations to housebound patients in Norfolk.
NHS Norfolk & Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group is working with community nurses from Norfolk Community Health & Care to deliver the booster vaccination in vulnerable patients' homes.
Receiving three doses of the COVID-19 vaccination is the best form of protection against all strains of the virus, including Omicron variant. Ensuring that vulnerable and housebound patients boost their immunity with a third dose of vaccine is a high priority for Norfolk and Waveney CCG.
