Our service

For patients who need further input to assist them with ongoing treatment regimens for chronic skin conditions like psoriasis or eczema. A diagnosis should already have been made and a treatment plan prescribed. However these can be amended to suit the condition and needs of the patient when appropriate.

Home visits can be provided by this service in specific circumstances.

Who we care for

Children and adults can be seen within the community dermatology nursing service. Close liaisons are made with health visitors, paediatricians and referrers for ongoing management.

Referrals

Any healthcare professional can refer, including GPs, practice nurses, Community nurses, pharmacists and secondary care clinicians.
