MAP are a youth charity based in Norfolk. They have different services for young people, which are created and run in collaboration with young people and Youth Workers. MAP run a number of different activities and groups, including youth clubs, socials, sports, arts and crafts.

Cup-O-T: Wellness and Therapy Services

Cup-O-T is a not-for-profit mental health service. They provide mental health interventions and wellness sessions to young people and adults. This includes Occupational Therapy, EMDR Therapy, and support for young people in Norfolk.

BUILD Charity (18+)

BUILD Charity provides social, leisure, and learning opportunities for anyone, with any disability, aged 18 or above in Norfolk. They aim to support and coordinate opportunities so that people with disabilities can access and enjoy the kind of social life that most of us take for granted.

Norfolk Family Hubs

Available to all families, Norfolk family hubs support parents and carers of children and young people from conception up to the age of 19-years-old (25 for young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities). Families can access support regarding:

  • Advice, guidance and support
  • Money, work, childcare and housing
  • Parents and Carers health and wellbeing
  • Children and Young People’s Health and wellbeing
