Share your opinion and help shape our new trust brand

building trust brand survey news image

From 1 April 2026, Cambridge Community Services NHS Trust (CCS) and Norfolk Community Health & Care NHS Trust (NCH&C) will merge to become a single NHS organisation.

We are currently operating as a group: two separate but similar NHS trusts, sharing one Board. This merger will bring us together as a single organisation that provides community health and care for people across Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, and Luton.

As part of creating a new NHS trust, we will need a new logo and brand to identify us. Alongside the iconic blue and white NHS logo (the 'lozenge'), there are some aspects we can personalise, such as what we name our services, and the colours and visual elements we use to represent our new organisation.

To help us shape our new visual identity, we want to involve the people that use NHS services in deciding how we should present ourselves. We want to know the first impressions you get when you see the graphics we currently use, and what's important to you in terms of how we present our new organisation.

Having this feedback will help us make more informed decisions when developing how our new Trust looks and ensure what we create is clear, accessible, and understandable to all.

You can help us by sharing your views in this five-minute survey by Tuesday 9 December.
