Temporary worker service

The Temporary Worker Service (TWS) provides a high-quality, flexible workforce to support all areas of our organisation. Our temporary staff help cover shortfalls due to vacancies, sickness, secondments, or unexpected service demands - enabling us to continue delivering high-quality care.

Work is allocated on a shift-by-shift basis. If you can offer at least one shift a week, we'd love to hear from you.

What roles are available?

We recruit for a range of temporary positions, including:

  • Clinical roles (registered and non-registered)
  • Therapy roles, (AHP - registered and non-registered)
  • Administration roles
