Marie Lyse Numuhoza MBE
Marie-Lyse is from Rwanda and came to the UK as a refugee, fleeing genocide. Passionate about community cohesion she raises awareness about human rights and social justice for all in her work and voluntary pursuits. Previously on the board of Health Watch Norfolk, she is now moving on to Time Norfolk board, the organisation that works to provide free support to people needing wellbeing support for pregnancy related issues, including pregnancy choices, pregnancy and infant loss. Marie-Lyse’s experience earned her a place on the Queen's Honours List and the title of MBE for her community work.
