Diverse Abilities Staff Network guest speaker: Natalie Ford
Natalie Ford is the Practice Coordinator within the Children’s Services Team at Norfolk County Council. Living with Hemiplegia, a form of cerebral palsy. Natalie is the former chair of the Diverse Abilities staff Network at NNUH where she championed a disability positive workplace. In this courageous conversation, Natalie is going share what she thinks makes a disability positive workplace and the benefits of this for all of us, not just those living with disability or a long term health condition.
